Reports clients believe. Human opens only.
Delivered, human opens, automated opens, clicks, bookings — per variation, per sending domain, per subscriber when you need it. Live from the first message, under your brand, with a share link a client can open without a login. And across your whole book, the partner view shows usage and results per client: the numbers behind every invoice.
● Automated 12.1%
Scanners never count as customers.
| Variation | Subject line | Human opens | Clicks |
|---|---|---|---|
| A · winner | Your six-month check-up is due, {first name} | 33.2% | 7.4% |
| B | Six months already? Let’s keep that smile on track | 29.6% | 6.2% |
The open rate on most platforms is wrong, and everyone in the industry knows it.
Corporate mail security opens every message it receives and clicks every link, looking for threats. To a naïve platform, that is an engaged subscriber. Report those opens and a campaign looks like it had a 60% open rate when a third of that was software. Build a segment on it and the “engaged” audience is full of scanners. Run a test on it and the winner is whichever subject line the scanners hit first.
SendTo classifies every open. Opens that arrive the way software opens — instantly, from infrastructure, in patterns no person produces — are counted as automated. The rest are human. Both are on the report, in separate columns, so a client can see the real number and the reason the raw number was higher.
It is a smaller number. It is also a true one — and a true number is the only kind you can build a strategy on, or a retainer.
The campaign report
Live from the first message: delivered, human opens, automated opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes and the responses the landing page collected. The Variations tab compares every version. The Domains tab shows how the balancer spread the campaign and how each domain delivered. Subscriber-level activity is there when a client asks a specific question.

The report is where the retainer gets renewed.
A number the client believes
Human opens are lower than the raw figure and true. Clients who have been burned by inflated stats notice — and trust the agency that told them.
A monthly review that runs itself
A link in an email. They open it, they see their campaign, they see your brand. The review meeting is about what to send next.
Invoices from the same screen
Usage and results per client, per month. Bill with confidence and spot the clients ready for a bigger plan.
The first time I showed a client human opens next to automated opens, they asked why nobody had ever told them. That became the pitch.
Questions
How are automated opens detected?
From how the open arrives — timing, origin and pattern. Opens that behave the way security software behaves are classified as automated; the rest are human. Both are reported.
Will my open rates look lower?
The human open rate will be lower than a raw open rate. It will also be true, and it makes segments and tests reliable.
Can a client see the report without an account?
Yes, by share link, under your brand, read-only, for that campaign only.
Can I see results across all of my clients?
Yes. The partner view shows results and usage per client per month.
Show the client a number they can trust.
Human opens, per-domain delivery and a share link — under your brand.
