Every campaign in several creatives. Every result you can trust.
Every campaign on SendTo is produced in multiple designed variants — different subject lines, openings, layouts — and rotated evenly across recipients and sending domains. It is how the platform keeps every send unique to receivers, and it is how an agency learns something from every campaign it ships. The report shows each variant on its own row, human opens only. You pick the winner, and the lesson compounds.
Two jobs, one mechanism: deliverability on the outside, learning on the inside.
Receivers throttle the same email arriving from the same place thousands of times. Send a campaign in three or five designed variants, across several domains, in a paced lane per receiver, and from any receiver’s point of view it is a trickle of different mail from different senders. That is the outside job, and it is why the platform tracks a rarity score for every campaign.
The inside job is the one advertising people care about. Most platforms “test” by sending a sample, waiting an hour, and crowning whichever version got lucky with the first few hundred opens — half of which were security software. SendTo rotates every variant across the whole audience, evenly, and reports each one with human opens separated from automated ones. A fair test at full size, on every campaign, for free.
Over a year that is fifty campaigns’ worth of evidence about what a client’s audience actually responds to. No other platform gives an agency that, and no client leaves the agency that has it.
Variants, from the brief
When the platform designs a campaign it produces the variants too, each built to test one thing: the subject line, the opening, the offer framing, the layout. Add your own. Edit any of them. Each is a complete designed email in its own right.

- Built to test one variable at a time

Rotated evenly, across recipients and domains
The dispatch engine assigns each recipient a variant in rotation, independently of the sending domain they get. No sample, no waiting period, no automatic winner — an even split across the whole audience and across every domain, which is what makes the test fair and the send unique at the same time.
- Even rotation across all recipients
- Independent of domain assignment, so combinations multiply
- Rarity score on every campaign
Read on the report
The Variants tab shows every version with delivered, human opens, automated opens and clicks. Because opens are classified, a variant whose subject line happened to attract security scanners does not look like a winner when it was not. The winner is your call, on numbers you can put in front of a client.
- Per-variant delivered, opens and clicks
- Human and automated opens separated
- Winner chosen by you, carried into the next brief
● Automated 12.1%
Scanners never count as customers.
| Variation | Subject line | Human opens | Clicks |
|---|---|---|---|
| A · winner | Your six-month check-up is due, {first name} | 33.2% | 7.4% |
| B | Six months already? Let’s keep that smile on track | 29.6% | 6.2% |
The thing ad agencies are hired for, built into every send.
A fair test on every campaign
Variants arrive with the design, so testing stops being a premium add-on and becomes part of every campaign you bill for.
Results you can show a client
Two rows, two creatives, two human open rates. The conversation about what to send next writes itself — and it is the conversation that renews retainers.
Deliverability as a by-product
Every variant you run makes the send rarer to receivers. Testing and deliverability stop being a trade-off.
An even split with human opens is the first test result I have ever shown a client without a caveat. And the rarity score explains why the mail lands.
Questions
How many variants can I run?
As many as you can test honestly. Each gets an even share, its own row on the report, and each one raises the campaign’s rarity score.
Is there an automatic winner?
No. Automatic winners chosen on a small sample are mostly noise. The full-size split gives you a real comparison; you choose, and use it next time.
Are opens reliable enough to test on?
Human opens are separated from automated ones on the report, which removes the largest source of noise. Clicks are on the same row.
Does the platform produce the variants?
Yes, with the design, from the brand and campaign presets — each built to test one thing. Edit or add your own in the editor.
